The first Caparison Apple Horn design was introduced in 1997 for guitar virtuoso Mattias Eklundh and in essence is a custom design Horus. Since the basic specifications of the Caparison Apple Horn model were already completed, in 2010 for the introduction of the Apple Horn Yellow we focused our attention on signature design features such as the Anders Nyberg designed 12th fret "IA" Logo, headstock graphics and Apple Horn body carving. The Apple Horn Yellow finish is a Pro. Finish. Our original coating which helps make our distinctive and renowned mid-low range tonal characteristics possible. |
