Mattias “IA” Eklundh is the guitarist of the Swedish super trio “Freak Kitchen”. His discography is very impressive and contains albums and instructional material from 1987 to present. Mattias doesn’t use any effects on his guitar, something that’s hard to believe if you listen to him play. As he puts it: “The guitar itself contains so many sounds you can use”. So as you can imagine he demands a lot from his instrument.

Mattias started playing Caparison guitars in 1997. Since then, three signature models have been developed: The Apple Horn Yellow (tremolo system), Apple Horn Jazz (hard tail) and the Apple Horn Yellow/True Temperament (tremolo system and True Temperament frets).
